#TackleYourTBR: Week 2 Update

TYTBR

#TackleYourTBR is a month long challenge that me and the lovely ladies from The Book Bratz are hosting in December dedicated to readers and bloggers. The goal is to complete any challenges or goals you may have set up at the beginning of the year before 2015 ends!

Another week has flown by and I am sad to say that I have no progress to show for it BUT I have a valid reason why! As a professional procrastinator and overall lazy person, I had to study for two finals and finish *cough and start cough* two papers (one being a minimum of 6 pages and the other a minimum of 8). So yeah, I was definitely not relaxing the first half of the week- the second half however was spent catching up on the hours of sleep I’ve lost the past month due to school and NaNoWriMo.

But, it’s okay because now I’m on winter break UNTIL JANUARY 11TH! I’m planning on getting back into the swing of things once I figure out my ‘schedule’ for winter break. Currently I’m listening to The Diviners by Libba Bray on audiobook and I also have The Night Circus sitting in my library to listen to afterwards…however I might put it on hold again for another time. So far I’m loving the world, mystery, and magic in the world and cannot wait to finish it!

This week I’m hoping to get a lot of blogging and reading done, as well as some personal tasks (applications galore). After I finish my audiobook I want to finish Forget Tomorrow, which I started in October but never got to finish. It is a fascinating read and I’m absolutely DYING to know what happens next! Since that seems like a quick read I want to at least start Truthwitch since it’s almost January and despite the fact that I’ve had it since May I still haven’t read it *hides*

Blogging-wise, I want to have my review of Elementals: The Prophecy of Shadows and Oblivion posted, I might hold off on posting Oblivion since I don’t want two reviews posted so close to each other but you’ll definitely see the former up this week! I also want to do week 2 and week 3’s topic of the week as separate posts since I’m so excited for them.

That’s all for now, be sure to check out Jessica’s post here. Hope everyone had a semi-productive week!
